Dennis Cronin is a Registered Architect and was a co-founder and principal of ATA Architects. With more than 35 years in the design and construction of a wide variety of major projects for private developers, local governments , and corporate and institutional clients, Dennis has always operated on the belief that “listening carefully to the client’s needs providing creative, affordable, common-sense design solutions to those needs, is the only way to do business.” Dennis graduated from the prestigious College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning at the University of Cincinnati, and for 10 years was an associate of Carl A. Strauss, the premier residential architect in Cincinnati. In 1975 Dennis formed ATA Architects, which exists today as a full-service architectural firm. Over the past 35 years, Dennis has been involved in the building of several hundred new homes and renovations in the Cincinnati area.
Biff Goldstein brings over 20 years of residential construction experience to the team. He founded and successfully operated a remodeling company for 15 years prior to combining talents with Dennis to form Newpoint. His primary responsibility is to run field production and interface with clients on projects from remodels and additions to custom homes. His ability to communicate with clients, vendors and subcontractors is a key element to the efficiency and timely completion of Newpoint projects. Biff graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in Industrial Design, and is involved on a day-to-day basis at Newpoint in estimating and overseeing project construction. Recently, Biff completed coursework provided by the NAHB geared toward environmentally friendly construction. He is currently preparing to take the exam to become a LEED Accredited Professional.
